Leadership Intelligence |
The Art & Science of Leading People

Leadership Intelligence is a brain-based program that fuses coaching and training to embed the fundamentals of successful leadership. It builds on real science that defines the difference between average and exceptional leaders, and ultimately helps develop leaders that people WANT to follow.

  • Develop a resourceful and adaptive values-driven leadership style
  • Increase collaboration and innovation
  • Install communication loops and unite your team
  • Articulate and present your ideas with clarity
  • Embed a solution focused culture
  • Influence with integrity
  • Create a motivating work environment

"The most effective course I've ever done" Colleen Lambert, NZ Post

Who should consider this program?

Titled and non-titled leaders

This program acknowledges that leadership is not necessarily defined by title, and so is open to all leaders - titled and untitled - who play a role in 'leading' people, groups, teams and/or an organisation.

Corporate, Business, Social & Environmental Leaders

The fundamentals of effective leadership are the same in any context. In essence Leadership Intelligence focuses on you as a leader, what you're capable of and what new possibilities you can create.

Ambition & Appetite

To make the most of this course, it's important you have the ambition to develop yourself and the appetite to achieve what's important to you in both life and work.

Science, Lip-Service & Myths

Leadership Intelligence is a brain-based program that is designed to equip you with practical and effective tools as a leader. You WILL hear terms such as 'Solution-Leadership' and 'Innovation' but they WON'T be presented with lip-service, instead you'll understand them at an intrinsic level and how to apply them through how you lead.

Through science again, this course will also bust popular myths around leadership such as 'anti-silo' and 'open -door policies' that create additional headaches for leaders. Instead, we'll look at what research tells us and how to strike the right practical balance.

“I have had David involved in training and mentoring all my management team... I highly recommend David as a leadership development specialist and continue to use his services at every opportunity.” Sharon Hastie, MPA Exec.
