Leadership Intelligence is a brain-based
program that is designed to equip you with practical
and effective tools as a leader. You WILL hear terms such as 'Solution-Leadership'
and 'Innovation' but they WON'T be presented with lip-service,
instead you'll understand them at an intrinsic level and how to
apply them through how you lead.
Through science again, this course will also
bust popular myths around leadership such as 'anti-silo' and 'open
-door policies' that create additional headaches for leaders.
Instead, we'll look at what research tells us and how to strike
the right practical balance.
